Like his co-founders and long-time good friends, Howard Gordon and Rob LaZebnik, he has developed uncommonly strong and enduring relationships and friendshipswith the best talent in the business-all of which he has put to excellent use in creating Icebox's unparalleled roster of content creators. Perhaps most crucially, Mr. Collier and hiscolleagues have conceived their new venture as a writers' company, which places predominant emphasis on the storyteller and the story.

Mr. Collier received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College where, along with Icebox Co-Founder and Co-President of Production Rob LaZebnik, he was a writer and member of the HarvardLampoon. He is also a graduate of the New York University Film School.

John Collier, 39, lives with his wife and two young children in the Los Angeles area. In his very infrequent spare hours, he counts home repair and painting as consuming obsessions.

      Co-Founder and Co-President of Production,

Howard Gordon comes to Icebox with more than 15 years of television experience and an enviable record of success both as a writer and producer. Most recently, Mr. Gordon served as a ConsultingProducer for Angel, the WB Network's popular and critically acclaimed spin-off of Buffy, The Vampire Slayer. In addition to his hands-on work at Icebox, he has recently finished shooting,UltraViolet a pilot for the FOX network. Previously, Mr. Gordon was the Creator and Executive Producer of Strange World, a drama for ABC.

It was his award-winning and innovative work at The X-Files that brought Howard Gordon to industry prominence and national attention. Involved in the very beginning on this groundbreakingscience fiction/mystery drama for the Fox Network, Mr. Gordon was the long-running show's Executive Producer and Senior Writer-Producer until 1998.

Like his co-founders, John Collier and Rob LaZebnik, Mr. Gordon has developed a strong relationship with many of the top names in the industry. He has earned a reputation as one of thebusiness' smartest, most creative collaborative individuals. His understanding of the writer's task, experience behind the scenes and ability to work effectively and inventively with otherwriters and producers are all critically important to both the mission and the ultimate success of Icebox.

Currently, Mr. LaZebnik is theCo-Executive Producer of the Fox Network's animated classic The Simpsons, which continues to be celebrated as one of television history's most influential series.

Prior to joining The Simpsons in 1999, Rob LaZebnik enjoyed great success during his ten-year tenure with Witt-Thomas Productions. There, he served as Executive Producer of Blossom, along-running comedy hit for NBC. He also earned a reputation for strong creative instincts and collaborative skills. As both a writer himself and a fairand skilled television executive, he has been able to call upon his myriad contacts and relationships to help build Icebox's unmatched lineup of collaborators and creators. Sitting around Mr.Gordon's "kitchen conference table," along with Mr. Collier, Mr. LaZebnik helped invent and define Icebox as an unprecedented Internet Animation Studio, where original animation programmingwill be conceived and produced in an atmosphere of true creative liberty.
